General Rule
All fees paid towards any course, programme, service, or educational offering of Commercyon are non-refundable except in the circumstances expressly enumerated in this Clause. No implied or constructive right of refund shall arise beyond what is expressly stated herein.

Satisfaction-Based Refund (First 7 Days)

(a) A Learner who is not satisfied with the course may apply for a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of commencement of the respective course, and upon such valid request, a 100% refund of the tuition fee paid shall be processed.

(b) This right exists solely for Learners and does not extend to consultancy or advisory clients.

(c) The burden of proving the date of commencement shall rest with Commercyon, while the burden of proving the request date shall rest with the Learner.

(d) Refund eligibility shall lapse automatically after expiry of the 7-day window.

Post Study Kit Issuance

(a) Once the Study Kit / course material has been delivered, transmitted, emailed, or otherwise made available to the Learner and the initial 7-day refund window has elapsed, the Learner may withdraw from the course; however, in such case only a 25% refund of the fee paid shall be permitted.

(b) Such refund shall be computed after deduction of:

  • applicable taxes,

  • payment gateway or bank processing charges, and

  • any statutory levies.

(c) Delivery of study material is deemed completed once the material is sent to the registered email or via any official communication channel, whether or not the Learner has downloaded or accessed it.

Cancellation or Non-Commencement by Commercyon

(a) If a course is cancelled, withdrawn, indefinitely postponed, or not commenced at all by Commercyon due to operational, academic, or administrative reasons, the Learner shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the fee paid.

(b) If a course is stopped midway for reasons attributable to Commercyon, a pro-rata refund or a full credit transfer to another course shall be issued at the sole option of the Learner.

(c) Refunds under this category shall not be reduced by any administrative or processing charges.

No Refund in All Other Circumstances

A refund, partial or otherwise, is only applicable in situations expressly covered above, including but not limited to:

(a) dissatisfaction after completion of substantial portion of the course,

(b) failure to attend live classes due to personal reasons,

(c) Learner’s change of career plan, academic interest, or personal circumstances,

(d) technical issues at the Learner’s end (device, internet, or software),

(e) dissatisfaction based on subjective teaching or delivery expectations,

(f) withdrawal after issuance of a certificate of participation/completion.

Manner and Timeline of Refund

(a) All approved refunds shall be processed strictly through bank transfer/UPI to the original payer.

(b) The Company shall endeavour to process refunds within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.

(c) The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to bank processing, third-party payment gateways, compliance checks, or force majeure events.

Abuse of Refund Policy

(a) Any fraudulent, bad-faith, or speculative invocation of this policy, or repeated refund-seeking behaviour, may result in suspension of future enrolment rights and blacklisting.

(b) Where intellectual property or study material has already been accessed or downloaded, misuse or redistribution notwithstanding withdrawal shall constitute actionable IP theft.

Finality of Refund Decision

The Company’s decision on refund admissibility, quantum, and eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to dispute resolution provisions under the relevant section of this Policy Book.
